  1. Equipment can be sold and deployed on any project
2. Returned for full credit subject to Program Conditions
Return Conditions 
a). Equipment must be in ‘as new’ condition, complete with all accessories and in its original packaging
b). Packaging must be clean and not defaced in any way i.e. no stickers, markings, etc.
c). Returns will be processed through our RMA Process.
d). You are responsible for return freight costs. e). Please provide a short explanation of the reason for return and any other feedback. All feedback will be treated confidentially and shared only with RTI Product Management.
