| a). Equipment must be in ‘as new’ condition, complete with all accessories and in its original packaging | |
| b). Packaging must be clean and not defaced in any way i.e. no stickers, markings, etc. | |
| c). Returns will be processed through our RMA Process. | |
| d). You are responsible for return freight costs. e). Please provide a short explanation of the reason for return and any other feedback. All feedback will be treated confidentially and shared only with RTI Product Management. |
